International exhibition on shipping, shipbuilding and port development “Odessa 2015”

Representatives of Design Bureau IMT visited the 12th international exhibition on shipping, shipbuilding and port development “Odessa 2015”, which was held from October 20 to 22, 2015 in the city of Odessa in the Exhibition Complex of Odessa Sea Station.
Within the framework of the exhibition such issues as projects of state support for shipbuilding industry recovery, as well as attraction of foreign investors to cooperation, ways to improve production efficiency, models of successful management in crisis conditions were discussed.
This year more than 250 companies from 19 countries took part in the Forum events: (Kazakhstan, Belarus, Lithuania, Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Turkey, France, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Greece, Italy, Poland, Slovenia, Uzbekistan, Estonia, USA, Afghanistan) working in all spheres of transport industry – ports, terminals, railroads, forwarders, carriers, shipbuilding and shipping companies, companies offering the latest developments for transport workers to prove once again that Ukraine is the most important transit hub.
The importance of such an event for Ukraine and for the Odessa region is proved by the fact that the opening ceremony was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, the Ministry of Economic Development of Ukraine, the Ministry of Transport of Ukraine, transport departments of CIS countries, Odessa Regional State Administration and Odessa City Council.
